That is completely okay. I allow extra time for appointments and work at a pace that is comfortable for the signer. I never rush the process and adjust as needed.

Yes. I travel directly to homes, care facilities, or other familiar environments to help reduce stress and create a more comfortable experience.

What are the requirements for notarization?

To complete a notarization, the signer must be alert, aware, and able to communicate, be willing to sign without pressure, and present valid, government-issued identification. If you are unsure whether notarization is appropriate, feel free to contact me in advance.

What if the signer communicates differently or non-verbally?

The signer must still be able to demonstrate awareness and willingness to sign. If communication is non-traditional, I am happy to discuss the situation ahead of time to determine whether notarization can be completed.

Yes. I can coordinate with case managers, social workers, therapists, and other support professionals to ensure a smooth and respectful appointment.

I commonly assist with Power of Attorney, Advance Healthcare Directives, trust and estate documents, guardianship-related documents, financial and authorization forms, and affidavits and sworn statements.

Some documents may require witnesses, depending on the form. With advance notice, I can coordinate witnesses for an additional fee, or you may provide your own.
