Booking & Payment Policy

Pricing & Charges
All charges (notarization, travel, printing, and any additional services) will be clearly quoted and agreed upon before the appointment is confirmed.
 

Payment Timing
Payment is due at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed in advance.

• For most appointments, payment is collected before notarization begins.

• For established business clients, invoicing terms may be arranged.
   

Accepted Payment Methods
Accepted forms of payment include:

• Cash

• Credit/Debit Card

• Electronic payments (Venmo, Cash App, Zelle)
   

Travel & Convenience Charges
Travel Charges are based on distance, time, and urgency. These charges will be disclosed upfront and are non-negotiable once the appointment is confirmed.
 

Cancellations & No-Shows

• Cancellations with less than 2 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation charge.

• If the notary arrives at the agreed location and the signer is unavailable or unprepared, a trip charge and any completed services (printing, witnesses, etc.) will be due.
   

Document Readiness
Clients are responsible for ensuring documents are complete and ready for notarization. If additional time is required due to incomplete documents, extra fees may apply.
 

Refund Policy
Once notarization is completed, fees are non-refundable. If a notarization cannot be completed due to client error (e.g., missing ID), applicable travel or service fees may still be charged.
 

Receipts
Receipts are available upon request.
