Yes. Witness coordination may be available with advance notice. Please let me know your requirements when scheduling so appropriate arrangements can be made.

Yes. Evening appointments are one of my specialties. I understand that many clients work during the day or have busy schedules, so I offer convenient evening and overnight availability by appointment 7PM-7AM Daily.

California law requires the signer to present an approved identification document that allows the notary to reasonably establish their identity. In general, the ID must:Include a photograph of the signerInclude a physical description of the signerInclude the signer's signatureInclude a serial or identifying numberBe issued by a government agency or another form of identification authorized under California lawBe current or, for many accepted IDs, have been issued within the past five years Common examples include a California driver's license or ID card, a driver's license or ID from another U.S. state, a U.S. passport or passport card, a Permanent Resident Card (Green Card), a U.S. military ID, or certain foreign passports that meet California requirements. If your client is unsure whether their identification qualifies, they are welcome to contact me before the appointment.

No. TRC Mobile Notary performs authorized notarial acts in accordance with California law but does not provide legal advice, prepare legal documents, or determine which notarial act is required.

Yes. Once you refer your client, I will coordinate scheduling directly with them while maintaining professional communication throughout the appointment process. If your office has special instructions regarding document handling, scan-backs, or courier delivery, those can be discussed when scheduling.
